PTCL is a useless service as they are least bothered about the 5 days old complaint.

I made complaint on 7 Sep and repeated it on 8th,9th 10tt&11th for phone line & BB (04236500098). But sofar no contact or visit by any ptcl rep. Neither they give # of their seniors. Fed up now I will visit it's offic for dosconn6 as no advantage of it.
