Changing Wateen broadband password

I have changed my Wateen password on the Wateen self care portal, but instead of my new password working my old password is active and working.
When I changed the password I received confirmation of password change as well. Please can forum members help me out and assist me to change my password.

Try changing the password again, and if the same thing still happens then call Wateen customer service to get assistance.
