I have recently got my Nayatel broadband connection, I want to make sure that I stay within my data limit and need to keep a check on the usage I have made so far. How can this be done, is it done through the Nayatel site or would I have to call up Nayatel broadband customer care?
Every ISP has their customer portal and I am sure Nayatel broadband has one aswell. Give Nayatel broadband customer service a quick call and find out what your login id and password is and you should be able to keep track of your usage.
I personally believe broadband should not have limits and it is best to get a plan with no hard limits set for bandwidth usage even if it means paying a little extra or settling for a lower speed.
