There are three ways to find out what your current broadband package is, from the PTCL website, from your landline phone or from the PTCL mobile app.

You can visit and login to your account to check what your current broadband package is. If you don't have a login username and password then you need to register first on the site in order to access your account details.

You can also call 1218 from your landline and get access to your account details.
