I want to change my internet connection and would like to know what the Wateen device returning policy is. When I first got the connection I was told to pay Rs1500 and that the device is owned by the user, but now its something different. Can someone please clarify what exactly the policy is for returning the device. If it has to be returned will the Rs1500 be returned back to me?
The Rs1500 that you paid was the price of the device that you have been using so I doubt if they would take it back and refund the money. How about finding some one who would like to use it and wouldnt mind paying you 50-60% of what you initially paid for it?
