I received a call from customer care center islamabad

Hello,

I am not aware of any such scheme. There are scammers who make such phone calls and try to get financial details like credit or debit card details so try not to believe such phone calls and call PTCL yourself and confirm and not believe an incoming call as you have no way to find out who is calling.
