PTCL Smart TV freezes

My PTCL Smart TV connection has now begun to freeze after I start watching it for 30 minutes. I have disconnected the wiring and reconnected it again, but the same thing happens after 30 minute. Does this mean that there must be something wrong with my box or connection or some problem at the PTCL back end.

Call PTCL Smart TV customer service and they will have a technician come and check the wires and connection. I also have PTCL Smart TV and not faced any such problem.

Switch off the STB from the main for about 10 minutes and then turn it on, this happened once with my connection and I did this and it worked fine afterwards.
