Wateen broadband browsing problem

I have a Wateen broadband connection and for the past couple of days I am having browsing problems. There are some sites which I am unable to open and I get an error saying connection timed out. When I try opening the same sites on my mobile phone they are opening fine.

I had this problem about 2 months ago and that time I had called up Wateen broadband and they resolved the problem from their end so how. But the same problem has started again so will call up Wateen customer care tomarrow.

I wanted to know whether any other Wateen broadband user is also facing this kind of problem.

There are others who are also facing a similar problem, your not the only one, and yes the only way it is resolved is by calling up Wateen broadband customer care
