Worst attitude of PTCL towards it's customers

Congratulations......PTCL.......U r about to loose one more of your customers
I m from Karachi specifying my self MODEL COLONY.
I was facing broadband issues ( 8mbps connection giving only 1.2 mbps max ) along with no dial tone issues, my land line no is 34400472
I lounged a complaint and was given a complaint no 50
It was 8th April 2018
The customer Care representative told me that issue will be resolved in 2 working days...
But it didnt
After a week I again reminded PTCL CCR that its more than 4 days n nothing has changed
Again customer care representative made it clear to me that my issue will be treated at urgent and immediate basis
Just give us one more chance
I said ok please resolve the issue.....
Cutting long story short today i complained again cus nothing was done by the PTCL staff and i was shocked when the CCR guy told me that my broadband issue is already resolved and there is no complaint againt it anymore.....wow
No one came at my house, no one called me, and its automatically cleared by the PTCL staff
Its about to be a month and PTCL is lieing to me on daily basis
Its now more than enough
I m cutting off my ptcl land line connection and obviously broadband too
PTCL u will loose 4500 rupees per month
But i know PTCL dont bothers
